I cannot figure out how to get my Quest 2 to connect to my phone. I recently bought 2 replacement controllers and need the phone app to connect them, but my phone says "Not Connected" meanwhile the PC says "Active". I use air link (if that's of any help), and am on the same internet connection for both PC, Quest 2, and Phone.

Hey there, @Kwiff! We know how important it is to get your new controllers set up with your headset so you can jump back into VR! In order to investigate this, we'll want to get the device up and running on its own. Afterwards, you can try using the PC, and if there are any additional issues, we can address those then. In order to look into this closer, we have a few questions for you!
