My Quest 2 got bricked due to the late December update. Meta offered to exchange my bricked Quest 2. I immediately sent a package via FedEx and shortly thereafter received a notification that my exchange was approved. However, there has been no progress since then and support only sends an email every 2-3 days saying "We are coordinating the issue with the team. Please wait. Sorry." and has not offered any solution.
