Hello Meta. Anybody home?
I submitted a support ticket in in September/October 2022 because my headset and elite strap could not charge more than 55% over two days/nights (see support ticket 5797280 and 6656766). Absolutely nothing has happened since then except that you have send me mails twice a week threatening me with to close the support ticket if I didn't reply. I have replied more than 30 times over the past four months... Is this your normal procedure?
You may lookup serial no: ******* and you should find that you promised me a replacement. I have a screenshot of that confirmation if needed. Nothing has happened at all. So three weeks ago I had to take the consequences and I sold my headset and strap for €67. So your (Meta’s) lack of support has cost me 418€.
Do you seriously think I will buy Meta Quest 3 when it becomes available later this year? Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. You reply that you will replace the headset and then ignore your customers. What a shame...

I looked through your support tickets and there seems to be a genuine misunderstanding and a clear issue with you receiving emails from the email Support Team. It seems there's not much else they can help you with because you sold the device and they're unable to do replacements without the original device.

This is exactly what I mean about lack of support and customer service and your misunderstanding has cost me 418€. I've been reaching out for help from you for over four months sending 32 replies to you (check the Meta Store Support mailbox), and finally when I inform you that I have sold my broken device, you tell me that NOW there is nothing you can do. You never did anything to solve or repair my defect device. As stated I can even send you a screenshot of your confirmation that you would replace it...
At least you could offer a free replacement, a good discount for a new Quest 2 or Quest 3 when it comes out to cover my lost.

Hey @Massen_DK, I completely understand your frustration and sincerely wish there were more we could do for you but, as @biscuitsngravyy mentioned, there is no longer any way for the support team to assist with getting you a replacement since the original device was sold.
We are not able to offer any free replacements or discounts for current and future products, either.
