the headset had been working just fine a day before but suddenly it starts displaying this whenever i go to try and fix it and when i follow what it says in the headset it does not fix.

Hey there! We know pairing issues can be pretty discouraging to have so we'd love to shed some light on this.
Some people when trying to merge over to a Meta account seem to have created a whole new account instead of merging with their current account.
