Quest 2 says I can't activate it, because my account is registered to my old Quest.

I bought a new oculus. But I can’t register it because it’s saying I have a device already. But for some reason, the device is not registered on my last so it will not let me delete it from the account. So I can use the new oculus. My son has been using the old oculus for a year, why it didn’t register I don’t know. How do I delete other headset? How can I register and use new oculus?

actually you don't have to delete a headset if you want to register a new one.

Many people have more than one headset.

But something seems wrong with your account if you can't see the old headset.

You should talk to support, so they can look into that.

Send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
