The joystick on my right controller is drifting badly. I enter the settings app, select devices, controllers, and see an option to calibrate left and right joysticks. When I click on either of them the settings app just closes. If I reopen it and try again I get a screen with a message saying settings keeps stopping with options to close the app or view app info.
this is a very common complaint in the community at the moment, everybody i ask who has calibration settings suddenly lost those settings, and trying to put them back on crashes the settings app the moment you touch Thumbstick angle: "Set left" or "Set right" Thumbstick range and deadzone: "Calibrate left" or "Calibrate right"
I installed the steam link app and when i connected to the steam home environment the calibration issues went away, i set the dead zone in steam from within the steam vr menu and when i returned to the quest home environment the stick drift reduced considerably. settings app still crashed though.
