I saw that update V34 came out several days ago. But for some reason when I check for updates manually in the quest 2 headset it says there isn't an update available. Is this normal?

Hey Tim!
It is totally normal. We "roll-out" our updates and that sometimes means not everyone gets them at the same time. You should automatically receive the v34 update within the next 3-5 days. If you still are unable to update then go ahead and let us know here, or via a ticket at https://ocul.us/ContactSupport.
