so recently my quest 2 hit max storage and 90% of the core stuff just stopped working. i was trying to solve the issue by uninstalling a 5gb game that i dont play but it won’t uninstall, and then i restart my headset, and try to open up settings again and settings doesn’t load. i decide to restart my oculus and the usual metacam and identity message pops up, but when i close them, it restarts automatically. and now it is in a loop of restarting. help :(.

Hey there, @Rackshan. We want everyone to be able to enjoy their VR devices. We're happy to jump in and try and get this working for you! It sounds like there's several things happening at once that is deteriorating your experience. If the quest is sending several messages and then just restarts itself, your best option is likely going to be to factory reset it. If you're not able to do it via the headset because of the resetting, you are able to do it via mobile using the app. As a heads up, if you do not have your cloud save turned on (it's on by default) then the reset can result in losing saved game progress. It will restore your headset to the original condition it was one when you Please give this a shot and let us know if this resolved the challenge!

Maybe a small issue, it disconnected the headset from the internet so the last time i had it connected via the app was 19 hours ago so i cant access the headset settings through the app. For the headset, everytime i get to the boot screen, and i let go of either the power button or the volume down button, it takes me off the screen. Any other way i can factory reset?

Hey there, @TheWunderWaffle. Thank you for reaching out! We would be happy to provide some information and help you get your headset factory reset.
The "No command" screen usually appears when the headset is powered on, or the volume up button is held when attempting to load the boot menu. For best results when using the headset to perform a factory reset, follow these steps:
Please let us know if you are still having issues performing a factory reset using only the headset, and we would be happy to assist further.
