Quest 2 stuck on a black screen

After I factory reset my meta quest two

it shows a black screen, and I cannot move it or see nothing and not let me sign up for nothing or working so I would like help because it’s not working and I have followed. The discussion is it didn’t work after  factory resetting

Sounds like you're having problems with a black screen and unresponsive controller after a factory reset. 

Could we ask what issues you were having to lead you to perform a factory reset?

Are you seeing any LEDs light up when you try to turn it on?
