Every time I try to turn on my meta quest 2 it says tracking loss I tried everything to my Knowledge but it doesn't work and I mean tracking doesn't work as display wouldn't change unless I Click the volume buttons I cannot click continue

What troubleshooting checks have you tried so far for the tracking loss?
Here are a few checks you can go through that may help with the tracking:
1. Make sure the tracking is turned on
By default, the headset will use 6DoF tracking, unless it has been turned off in the Guardian settings panel or lost tracking while in VR.
2. Clear your boundary history
Bear in mind that if you have multiple accounts on the same headset, boundary history will be cleared for all accounts, not just the account you are currently using.
3. Reboot the headset
4. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or pairing (such as controller covers, controller attachments, etc.)
