I just bought a Quest 2 and I can’t even use it. It says I have limited connection and then I can’t use the app because it says it needs an update im getting frustrated and am thinking of just taking this back since it doesn’t work.

Hey @TheDarkknighttx! We see you're having a little bit of trouble with your device and we would love to help!
Here are a few suggestions:
1) Try using a different network.
2)Try setting up your phone as a hotspot to complete setup (you should be able to change back to your regular Wi-Fi after setup).
3)Check your router or firewall and make sure it is not blocking access.
Limited connection means that the system has successfully connected to the router, but the computer wasn't assigned a valid IP address.
