Hey Panzerfaust44, thanks for bringing his to our attention. We totally understand your concern with the volume being too quiet, even when the headsets volume control is maxed out. We would first like you to perform a factory reset so your headset may act as if it were new. out of the box. To perform a factory reset using the headset:
If the issue still persists, please get in contact with our Online Support Team so they can walk you through more advanced and thorough troubleshooting!

I am having the same issue where my headset audio is too low or sounds very quieter than normal. When I tried to factory reset the issue continued even when I tried to lower and raise the volume with the volume buttons and in the settings menu.

This happened to me as well but I found a fix (without doing a factory reset). This usually happens when you connect a headset or earbuds. 1. Go to bluetooth and connect the earbuds or headphones that you were using. 2. Put the volume to max. 3. Reset the headset. This worked for me, and now my volume is normal.
