im re-posting this as my emails have not been sending

Hey there! We appreciate you letting us know about the experience you are having. This is no fun and we know it is taking time away from your time in the VR world. We want to help and make sure you do not have this issue any longer. We ask that you download Routethis so you can check your internet connection. Once you've downloaded and opened the app, you'll be prompted for a 4-digit code; the code you want to use is 'FBRL.

You'll be presented with a list of options. We're in need of using the 'Network Scan' feature. Please document the 8-digit key you will be given, as we will need this to view your network Scan' results.

Note: The network scan takes about 2 minutes to complete.

Once you have completed the network scan, please let us know and provide your key.

Looking forward to your response!

Did you figure this out I tried everything I can think of

Hi there, @OculusGuy6! We see you're reporting a similar error message on your headset, and we want to do our best to get you VR gaming without further interruption as well! For a bit of background clarification to begin with, please tell us, has this headset ever been able to successfully connect to Wi-Fi in the past? Have you been able to try a phone hotspot to test if every network is giving you this error? Also, do you happen to be using a mesh network? (These have been known to be incompatible with the headset, so our engineers recommend using a personal, home Wi-Fi network instead.) Keep us updated and we can continue from there!
