Quest 2 will not power on

My meta quest will not power on, no light on the side at all but it's charging so I'm not understanding why it will not power on

Hey there @Anonymous! We understand how frustrating that must be for the headset to now power on. Rest assured we are here to help. When you put on the headset on are you getting any error messages? Have you attempted to preform a hard reboot of the headset? If not here are the steps to do so:

  • Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
  • If the boot-up sound is not heard:
    • Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
    • Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
    • Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Hello, it charges but the power button does not work at all when I plug the charger in the oculus screen shows charging but does nothing else from that point its fully charged but will not power on. I tried all other ways mentioned
