Quest 2 won't get pass initial screen

Hello everyone, I hope you're having an awesome day, unlike me I just bought the Meta Quest 2.

 

Well the device turns on and boots into the first screen that tell you to remove the little long plastic under the controllers, after that sometimes it goes black more likely a gray screen since the panel is LCD, then they only way I can get pass that part is by pressing the power button till the next screen appears, after that it stays like that forever, it won't take the input that is asked Wich I think will be the r1 trigger? 

 

What I have done:

Factory reset multiple times, same results 

Fully charged it, same results.

Replace controllers batteries, same results.

Letting it rest, same results.

Connect it to the horizon app, same results.

Performed a software update via the navegartor tool meta provides, same results.

Checked all the hardware, lens and ir sensor are just fine.

I can hear the fan spinning and the quest getting a bit hot.

 

I thought it could be a hardware issue like a broken gyro sensor, but I figured it worked fine after moving the lenses, there's a very small fraction of time after moving the lenses that let me move around so I guess gyro sensor is working.

 

Please I would like some help, I've been saving up to buy the quest 2 and I just find this happening.
