Hi there,
I bought my daughter a new gaming computer and was assured it was compatible with connecting the Oculus Link. Can anyone see what the problem might be....it has the following spec:
AMD Ryzen™ 5 4600H Mobile Processor with Radeon™ Graphics
Windows 10 Home 64bit, English, Dutch, French, German, Italian
AMD Radeon™ RX 5600M 6GB GDDR6
8GB, 2x4GB, DDR4, 3200MHz2
56GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive
Solved! Go to Solution.

I recently had problems with Oculus Link & an Nvidia gfx card. While searching for a solution I also read some reports of some AMD radeon drivers that were causing problems with Oculus Link.
Did you install the latest radeon drivers? Maybe look for this problem on Reddit/Google.
Edit: also - make sure the OVRServer_x64.exe is actually using the gfx card and not the embedded gpu on the cpu. You can force that in Windows - Settings - Graphic Settings

For people to help you, more information would be welcome. What kind of computer are you using? what kind of gfx card? Did it work before? etc etc
