I've been trying for a month now. My oculus won't turn on what so ever. No light no turn on sequence nothing. I've tried to charge then turn it on. I really want to play it and I've had it for 2 and a half years. I was playing turned it off tried to get back on and it never turned back on.
We understand that you're having an issue with your headset not powering on. We don't want our users to miss out on the fun with their devices, so let's try these steps:
Remove any third-party accessories that may affect the headset and battery.
Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours.
Try a different cable/charger; if possible, test the cable and charger (adapter) separately.
Try to charge the headset without the facial interface.
