Quest 2 wont connect to App

Hello. 

My Oculus 2 had a system failure, so we had to hard reset it. We can not now connect it to the App. The start up procedure takes you to the part where you pair to the App. The App still has the Quest 2 on it, but wont connect. Have tried connecting a new device and it produces a code, which also doesnt work, with the App saying that it can't connect to the Headset. This has been tried on two separate phones.

I deleted all the bluetooth devices on my phone, which was not helpful advice as I now have to connect them all up again. I have also reinstalled the App. Rebooted the Headset and the phone. I have also deleted the Headset from our account through the PC, but it still appears on the App.
