Quest 2 wont connect to my PC through Air Link and Cable Link

CouchPotato3000

My Quest 2 won't be picked up on my Oculus app on my PC. I've got Windows 11, if that makes a difference. I also have a KIWI Link Cable (USB A to USB C) but that hasn't helped at all

Any idea as to what I should do?

(and sorry for posting this when there are already many threads like this one)

I fixed my problem just now, maybe it's fix yours too.
A normal reinstall on the software was wasn't enough, I also deleted the Oculus folders from the following directory's:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local
C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming
After this, open Registry Editor (type regedit in the Start menu) and also delete the Oculus folder from the following location:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\"
After that, reinstall the Quest Link application and hopefully it will work for you too.

Can I ask what kind of graphics card do you own?

I've got an Intel Arc A380, which I've been suspecting to be the problem for awhile now. I just hope it isn't

Ya, probably the problem with unsupported gpu's mate.

i9 13900K water cooled, RTX4090, Z790 MB w/wifi6e, 32Gb 6400 ram, 2x2TB SSD, 1000W PSU, Win 11, QPro, Q3, w/Link and Air Link, Vive Pro1 with Etsy lens mod and Index Controllers

Dang. well I suppose I'll switch it out then
