Hi, I took out my quest 2 to play today after not using it for around a week or so, suddenly it's not turning on. I put it on charge and the screen lit up and showed the meta logo, then the charge percentage which was at 18. Then i left it on charge for a while and then it increased to around 54, when i removed it, again it showed the battery percentage screen but its not turning on. I held the power button for 5 seconds, then 10, then 30, then 60. Absolutely nothing happens, it just wont boot up no matter what I do.
I tried a combination of power + volume for boot menu, that did not work either. Controllers have battery and have the white blinking indicator when buttons are pressed, please help me with this.
Hi @Jessenth! We know how devastating it is being stuck outside of the world of VR! We'd love to assist you in getting this issue resolved so that you can get back to it! First we want to make sure that you allow the headset to fully charge by allowing it to charge for at least 2 hours (Note the color of the LED on the side of the headset. If after charging for 2 hours, you still see a red LED, this could be a sign of a battery or charging issue). Please check that the volume button is not stuck. Finally, factory reset your device from your phone. We look forward to hearing back from you letting us know if these steps worked!
