Yes on my quest 2 I did factory reset. It shows code so I put into phone.  Everything connected but the code and controller page is stuck on same page. How do I repair this situation? Thanks

Thank you for reaching out with this problem that you are having.

 

You can provide the following info when you have a moment, as it help us to narrow down the cause of the problem.

 

  • Have you attempted a hard restart on the device?
  • Is it still sticking on the same screen again after its restarted?
  • The code that it is asking you to input, is it for pairing the device, or the two-step security authentication?
  • Is the headset LED blinking or a different color than normal?

 

Some general suggestions that might help.

  • Make sure that phone and headset are on same network.
  • Fully charge the headset before attempting again.
  • Disconnect if using any accessories (Elite strap and battery, etc)
