I work with a school district who has successfully deployed Quest 2s on their wireless network for over a year. I'm not sure exactly which version, but somewhere between firmware 50 (worked) and firmware 56 (stopped working) the Quests stopped connecting to the school's wireless network.
Nothing on the network is blocking the devices; key endpoints are open. District is using Cisco Meraki MR42 APs broadcasting both 2.4 and 5Ghz. WPA2 PSK authentication. They're using client balancing: https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Other_Topics/Client_Balancing
Some investigating with different partners has turned up this in device logs: "Failed to get Auth Token"
Meta looked at the logs and said "it is obvious that the network does not have DHCP correctly configured". The customer disagrees; they have thousands of other DHCP connected devices. Customer says the headsets are not sending out a DHCP request upon authentication, sharing: "
Discover - Client broadcasts a message to discover a DHCP server – This is happening
Offer - DHCP servers offer an IP address – This is happening
Request - Client selects an offer and formally requests to use the IP – This is failing. This is on the device.
Acknowledge - The Server formally allocates the IP (and options) to the client"
Anyone have any ideas on what to try next?

Hello,
We see the same issue with our 9120 Cisco AP. The 9130 AP works fine. We are not getting a IP address.
The VR Meta Quest 2 does not send the DHCP Request packet. In V62 all works fine after that the problems started. We are now on V68 still no joy.
The Meta Quest 3 works fine. But we have 100+ VR Quest 2.
Was this Meraki thing solved?

I am also having this issue. My headset used to always connect to my job corps cisco meraki network, and recently it has refused to go to the verification website so I can log into the network.
