Hi All,
I know I'm not the only one to have had this issue but I'm stuck and don't know where to go next.
I am getting the dreaded "Finish setup on another device" when trying to add another account to my Quest 3.
I have spent a few hours on this yesterday and tried again this morning with no luck.
Here is what I have tried:
And still I am stuck at the same problem. Multiple account removal and headset restarts have also not helped.
I logged a support ticket with Meta and got back a message that they were sorry I was having issues with passthrough..... talk about inept.
So any advances on things I can try that I have not already?

Thanks for the replies all.
I just tried to add the account again and I worked first time. No factory reset, no router reset.
Not sure what did it in the end but it worked.

I have been having the same issue and I’m about to put a support ticket in too. I have done everything you have done. Please let me know if you find a solution.

Meta support was no help. I did get it to work. Do a factory reset. As soon as you do it and get re logged in as the primary, add the second account. This was such a pain and hassle to deal with. I hope this helps.

Having additional accounts on your headset is such a great way to share the VR experience, so we wanted to pop in to make sure you folks are able to take advantage of this feature! For a bit of clarification, could you please let us know where specifically you're getting stuck? What happens when you enter that eight digit code on www.meta.com/device? Are you running into any specific error messages? Also, @Craftylikeafly has some great suggestions with factory resetting your headset beforehand. If you happen to give that recommendation a try, please let us know your results! We'll be looking out for your next update!

I finally got it to work after I reset my router.
