Ever since the most recent update, my Quest 3 just refuses to connect to my computer. All it says it “Please ensure no other headsets are connected to your pc, then try again” I’ve tried everything to forgetting my device on the quest link app, uninstalling and reselling the app, restarting my quest 3 and pc, to even factory resetting my Quest 3. Nothing seems to work
@Dude1105 can you tell us what version your headset software is at, as some recent releases were a bit buggy with airlink. are you able to connect to your PC using the SteamLink or Virtual Desktop Apps?

@Dude1105 SteamLink works well, and it's free. Just another tool to use if meta drop the ball with airlink again. It seems to be a regular occurrence with every other software update.
Also make sure that the PC software revision is the same as the headset revision.

2, haven’t tried steam link, but virtual desktop works
I have this v69 (non-ptc) version and my Q3 and QPro/rtx4090 both continue to work fine with Link and Air Link (also, works well with Virtual Desktop btw).
Like everything PCVR, it depends a lot on your PC setup and settings. If you can't properly setup ODT and the meta-link pc app device/graphics then Virtual Desktop is probably a good option because it is a lot easier to setup. Up to you to decide what's best imho.

So I tried steam link. It works boots into steam vr, but when ever I try to load into a game it just says Next up and stays like that. I can hear all the audio from the game but can’t interact with it

Maybe try to google some troubleshooting info and tips. Lots are available with a little google research. For example, with SteamLink on Quest;
Likewise, there's lots of info on Air Link setups and troubleshooting. Just do a little more googling and hopefully you'll find out how to get things working like they should imho. Good luck mate and cheers.
