Quest 3 Airlink will not connect to PC?

My Quest can see my computer but when I click "pair" it never succeeds in doing so...

I've already attempted the following fixes:

Uninstall the Oculus PC app using the Control Panel.
Delete all Oculus folders from Program Files
Remove any remaining Oculus folders including AppData\Local\Oculus
Reinstalled Oculus software on the PC side
Restarted both PC and Quest (done these first five line items several times in this order)
Reinstalled network driver on PC
Restarted router
Disconnected and reconnected the ethernet cable
Changed computer networks from public to private

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D | RTX 4070 Super | 32GB DDR5 RAM
Game Mode is enabled
My PC is connected to my Router via an Ethernet cable with no VPNs on my computer.
The headset is connected to Wi-Fi via 5GHz (non-mesh)

Software: NVIDIA drivers have been reinstalled a couple of times and are up to date, Windows 11 is up to date, Quest 3 is up to date

@Thundermanwoe  I can see from what you've already tried that you've had a mooch round the forum. Unfortunately, meta's Link/Airlink is complete and utter garbage, as you can see from the brazilians of posts on here about people not being able to connect the headset to the PC.

As you've mentioned you have a router, you could try the SteamLink or Virtual desktop apps from the quest store.

Could be that your headset is on a 5ghz band while your pc is technically not.

Normally you would want your pc AND  quest on 5ghz if you're using BOTH wirelessly. If your PC is plugged in via ethernet, it's not on the same network band/ ssid. The 5ghz is technically a different SSID for your network and just broadcasting from the same router.

This COULD be why it can't find and successfully pair. Try 2.4ghz on just the headset, or wireless on both with both on the 5ghz band. One or the other should work.

I'd personally recommend a link cable, but if neither of those work, I hope you can  at least figure out a good solution!
