Quest 3 Asgard's Wrath 2 bonus

I pre-ordered Quest 3 from Amazon.de and I have it working now.

BUT after initial setup I got an email informing me that I earned AW2 as bonus to the Q3. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. I've been trying to get in touch with Support but they either use chatbots to handle it or just straight up stop responding.

Is there a way to get the bonus now or was that just a scam?

The email I got links to the "Claim your Asgard's Wrath 2 pre-order bonuses" page, even though I DO NOT HAVE IT IN MY LIBRARY. The game is not listed as pre-ordered when I search for it in store, there is only the button to buy the game nothing more.

Others got the game without any problems, even the pre-order bonuses with it, meaning Asgard's Wrath 1 on PC but that is missing from my library as well.

Alright, so.

Either the system caught up or someone did their job correctly. Almost three days after the setup, a notification popped up when opening the Oculus app, one you cannot miss with the claim button.

Upon pressing claim the game got added with all bonuses.

So to all finding this post in the future, either wait or try to get to the support but since they won't do anything actually helpful regarding this issue, you might want spare yourself the frustration.

I have the exact same issue, I've tried the live chat and got nowhere then I tried the callback feature and no one bothered to call back so I'm beginning to think they don't have a clue or it is a scam.
