I recently sent in my quest 3 for an exchange. I did not use a box... the UPS store I went to used a bubble wrapped package, kind of like an envelope.
Will Meta keep my package, or will they send it back if there is a problem?

Hey @snowhawk02 - If your Quest is damaged in transit back to the warehouse, due to the wrapping not being secure, this may void the warranty. In this case, the headset would be returned to you.
When processing a return, Support do specify that your device should be carefully packed in your own box (should you not have the original) that is fitted to protect the headset during shipping. I hope this helps, try not to worry! 🍒

I have the original box. UPS told me that I can come back to their store in the morning and have them return my package there.

In that case, I'd recommend using the original box to return your headset. This will ensure a safe and sound arrival at the warehouse. 😊🍒
