Good morning,
Just checking in to make sure nothing has been done and no response has been received. I would hate my stable world view to be ruined.

Still broken in firmware v65.

~1 month ago the support told me: "We appreciate the concern and can assure you that the support that is assisting within the threads provided have contacted the team responsible for fixing the issues regarding controller tracking. You can expect updates from support within the threads. Thanks for reaching out and hope you have a good day!"
The moderators of this forum have the power to moderate this forum, but cannot substantiate any changes, they won't respond to our requests, we are lucky if they even acknowledge our complaints. And as has happened in the past when I have mentioned this, this message will get deleted/hidden by one of those mods.

Same issue here on my Quest 3 that I purchased last month. This does not feel like a hardware "issue", but rather a design choice. Note: Not a problem with HTC Vive controllers, which feel natural when pointing forwards.
Would be fantastic to be able to manually adjust for this offset.
This is pretty terrible and unnatural feeling. Holding a weapon grip securely and extending arm with wrist straightened results in a 10-15 degree offset, pointing outwards. This is unintuitive and (for example) makes shooting from the hip very difficult.
Only solution I have is to try and adjust for this offset by holding controllers pointed inwards, which is uncomfortable and unreliable.

Seems like Meta has no intention of fixing this problem.
I'm assuming that until a tech influencer creates a bad review, we will have to resort to 3rd party fixes. If anyone owns a 3d printer, you can create your own grip for a quest controller that orients the device ~15 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise.
Otherwise, I'm assuming this problem will not be fixed anytime soon.

Same issue here, In Half Life Alyx when playing with openxr runtime to be oculus I get left hand upside down. when playing via openxr set to be Steam VR no issue. It must be software issue. FIX IT!

That isn’t the problem we are discussing here
upside down controller is something else you should either make a new post or look for other solutions

How is this still a problem Meta hasn't solved yet? I'm unable to play just about any shooter (e.g. Contractors) because of this.

3 дня назад купил quest 3 и линк кабель Калибровка меню нормальная. Но в играх (в частности superhot vr и ragnarok vr) степень отображения линий на 15-20 выше. Разочарован
