I have a Meta Quest 3 and I am trying to enable Developer Mode. When I use the Meta App on my phone, the Developer Mode section just has a "Get Started" Link which details the process (i.e. create a developer account, verify it, and then turn on developer mode in the headset). I have created a developer account and I have verified it. However, when I go to Settings | System on the headset, there is no Developer tab where I can enable Developer Mode. I have searched though the various settings but don't see that option anywhere.
The solution that managed to resolve this was to uninstall Meta Quest App from phone and Factory Reset the headset. After that I re-installed the Meta Quest App and when I logged in the Developer Mode tab has the Developer Mode toggle instead of the "Get Started" button. Then when I put the headset on, the Developer tab was available in the Settings | System menu.

Yes, that’s correct. I get to first point of “Enable developer mode” section and that’s where it always show “get started” in meta app. Needles to say I’ve set up payment method and 2 step verification to verify my account and still next time I go into Dev mode in app to enable it it shows “get started” button which takes me to verification screen again!!! Was working fine on my quest 2 and then was forced to log in with FB account and can’t do anything since then!

Same issue with you i did everything but still no dev option in my quest 3. In fact, i was able to connect my quest 3 to my pc using adb in the morning but now jt wasn’t connect, wth is wrong with my quest
