Quest 3 Disconnects From Every Game

My friend purchased a quest 3, and right off the bat he had issues that just kept getting worse.  

he disconnects from EVERY GAME we try to play, and thats if it cooperates long enough for us to get into a game.  (Ghost of tabor, contractors etc wither crashes or kicks him in and out while we are loading into a match). Meanwhile we are still talking to each other in a call ON THE HEADSET.  

we have tried factory resetting the oculus, the wifi, uninstalling and reinstalling anything and every thing to no avail.   It just keeps getting worse and worse.   I just wanted my friend to wnjoy vr with me but hes ready to take his quest 3 to the ramge for target practice at this point and NOTHING has been helpful in terms of troubleshooting thus far.  Can someone help before my buddy turns this thing into shrapnel???

@NaraClanGaming  This is a user forum, not a support forum.  If your friend is having problems with his new Q3 then it would be best for him to contact Meta Support.  Hopefully they will be able to offer suggestions to help fix this problem and/or offer a replacement unit if it's faulty.
