Quest 3 facial interface distance setting will not lock. It returns to the closest setting every time I put it on regardless of the setting I've chosen on each side. I really need a solution or a replacement facial interface. As it is I can't use it at all.

Just got in contact with meta support and they sent me a new one. Did have to send them my broken one first.

My facial interface on my quest 3 won’t lock. I wear glasses so I need it to stay out but when I put them on they don’t stay where I put them.

Hey @BogieMike! Thanks for sharing that with us! We understand how the need for the facial interface to lock. Is the facial interface not locking on both sides or is it just one side of the headset?
