My O3 headset turned black while playing. Now won’t come on at all. Shows it’s off line. I looked into meta help and my serial numbers don’t match. I’ve had it for 6months.

A few questions/suggestions for your headset not turning on:
Do you see any LED lights on the headset? if so, what colors are showing?
Have you tried to charge the headset for 2 hours?
