Hello Meta Support,
My device is stuck in the USB Mode Update and I cannot boot the device nor is able to proceed to a factory reset or any other boot option.

Hey @not.vmt.2023, we're just dropping in to see if we can be of some assistance to this matter. We would like to first thank you for taking the time out to share your recent experience with the Quest 3 device. We know it is never fun when our devices do not work to their full capacity. Since you have previously attempted specific troubleshooting steps such as Factory resetting the headset and other booting methods. We advise, if you haven't already to allow the Quest 3 device's battery to drain out completely. Then charge the device up to 30%, power on the device to verify if you are still unable to proceed past the USB Mode update screen. I allowed the headset to drain completely, and charged it back, but it still only returns me back to the USB mode update screen.
I'll also note something odd I notice while usually when charging the headset , I usually see like a amber light to indicate it's charging but that no longer seems to show on the headset itself.
