It was working fine and then stopped. It tried to do a firmware update and it will make it to 66% and then reset, does this 3 times and then fails. Tried all of the “fixes” I.e. unpair, factory reset, batteries, but it will not work. Any other solutions??

My left controller works again.
I tried removing/replacing batteries and factory reset. Nothing helped.
I replaced batteries again, checked controller. It didn't work.
3 days later I decided to check controller.
And somehow it works without any issues.

It worked 4 days after "fix" and left controller doesn't work again. 3 pink lights. broke during game session. 😞

I’m having the same problem on the same controller but the update stops at 33% and I’ve been trying for months I tried factory resetting the controller and the headset and I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the controller and it doesn’t work and on the information about my controller it doesn’t show the firmware version and I have tried waiting for months and it still is not fixed

This does nothing. I was contacted and told the same, and the sos light remains unchanged. Have seen many other claim the same thing, that this reset sequence does nothing at all. I have spent days trying to figure out how to fix this issue. It has a pattern of sos to presumably identify and fix the problem. So how come nobody seems to know a solution?

I just got an replacement headset and both controllers on not contacting and i tried the reset and replaced the battery and reset the device many times. i am not sure what else to try. also I cannot even connect to the app.

01/2025 MY LEFT CONTROLLER JUST STOPPED WORKING HEADSET IS QUEST 3 AND ONLY A COUPLE MONTHS OLD JUST STOPPED WORKING i HAVE DONE ALL THE TROUBLE SHOOTING THREADS STILL NOT WORKING LIGHT ALWAYS WHITE THE NONE OF THE OTHERE LIGHTS EVER COME ON
