Hello All,
3 days ago I bought a Quest 3. The image quality was amazing, the motion was super smooth however there was 1 dead pixel. So I replaced it with another one today. The 2nd headset is like a different model. There is unbearable glare all over and the fan noise so loud. I did not hear the fan at all with the 1st set which actually I pushed much more. How come same model headsets may differ that vast? Tomorrow I will replace it again. Hopefully 3rd one is the charm otherwise I will get a refund.

Thanks for the follow up Meta. Let me update you. I already changed the 2nd headset. There is no fan noise with this headset. The mura is gone, however 3rd headset has also glare but slightly less than the 2nd headset but not as good as the 1st one. It is not fun at all to watch Youtube videos or play Red Matter 2 as I barely can see in details in high contrast scenes. I generally play Flight Sims like DCS. the performance is ok and glare is not noticeable unless night flying takes place. This is a promising headset with a good price tag however losing its potential with this glare issue and also its inconsistent product quality.

Hi,
I returned the item today, and will replace with another one tomorrow. I am really hoping this time it will work out. Otherwise I will ask for a full refund and get another brand. to be honest, it look like a nice product but seems like it has been rushed for retail. I bought this product to have fun but so far it is a bit frustrating. On the other hand at least there is a customer service working well and hears the customers...
