My sons quest 3 purchased in Dec 23 has already broke, the plastic pin which the head strap loops round is a focal pressure point & upon searching I see this has been a very common fault.
At less than 5 months old I do not expect this to be happening on an headset of this value!
I would like to be advised as to how I go about getting this issue resolved promptly & swiftly.
look forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks, Jake.

Well, this is quite the common issue. Same thing happened to me and many others. Did they fix it for you since it is the main part of the headset and it’s not usable with that broken? I saw one reply where it was said that it must be a user problem. This is definitely not a user problem. This is a thin 2 mm diameter plastic piece that takes the pressure of our strap going through it every time and it’s not designed well enough to hold it. Mine broke while just putting it on About the 12th Time of use. It makes you feel sick to your stomach because it’s not usable after that breaks and we spend so much money on the headset and all the accessories that go with it to be stopped by a cheap five cent part that was not well designed.
