Q3 not loading. Non stop reboot. Can't switch off/on.

Hey there, @Demoskin! We've noticed that you're facing some difficulties with your Quest 3, but no worries, we're here to assist you in getting back to gaming as soon as possible! Just plug in your headset to charge and follow these instructions to perform a factory reset:

1. Turn off your headset.
2. Press and hold the power and volume (-) buttons on your headset simultaneously until the boot screen appears.
3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to select "Factory Reset" and press the power button.
4. Next, use the volume buttons again to highlight "Yes" and press the power button.

Have you tried letting the headset battery go out yet? Do you have an external battery connected, like the Elite Strap with battery?

Yes. tried discharged battery but when connect to charger, headset start restarting again. Externel battery tried too, same problem. I did contact with meta technical support, sent video and photo with problem. They said factory fault. But, the headset can be changed in France only. I'm from ireland and bought Quest 3 from DE Amazon. But Amazon delivered headset from France warehouse. Now headset sended back to Amazon.

Have you already reached out to Amazon regarding this issue? If not, you should definitely get in touch with them and see if they can assist you in any way.

Yes, I'm contact with Amazon and they aproved return the headset with full refund.
