I have tried using chat support (It failed and told me to try a different method). I tried email support, they ghosted me after the first reply and didn't respond to follow up. I tried twitter, again, no response. So now I am here, hoping I can get my quest 3 controller replaced without sending in my headset. I can't afford the 75 dollars and I can't afford to have a brick of a device as I use it daily, for multiple hours. I also am one of the few people with a Logitech MX ink atm, and it would be nice to have my controller in a functional state for a proper comparison. I have been nothing but gentle with my VR hardware and its astonishing that it is failing this quick. I was lucky my quest 2 never had that issue I suppose.
