I purchased the device today, and after an hour of use the right lens began glitching out and flashing. I restarted the device and it didn't help. As I was trying to navigate through settings to figure out a solution, the problem changed, and now the right lens displays a doubled image, with the second image rotated from the first, making the device unusable. Not sure how to proceed, I think I have a faulty device on day 1.

Editing to add, I also factory reset the device and it didn't fix the issue.

If you bought it new from the meta store contact meta support and start a ticket (search this forum site for how to contact them, or just do a bit of googling). Sounds like you may need a replacement. If you bought it from an authorized meta dealer, contact them for a replacement. If you bought it used, contact the seller I guess.
