Quest 3 Screen Turned red on one Side

Just brought a brand new Quest3 today and I open it、play VRChat just for about 1hour then the right eye side turnd like this。

How can I fix it?

To help us get started, we'd like to gather a few more details down below:

  • Upon opening your device, were there any noticeable issues? For example, hits or drops, liquids spilled near headset, etc.
  • Is the display like this throughout the device when in the home environment or only when accessing VRChat?
  • Has any prior troubleshooting been attempted?
    • If not, let's start with a hard reboot of the headset by holding the power button for 30 seconds. Next, complete a factory reset of the device with the steps here.

Once we're able to see how the device responds and gather those details, we'll continue working to make sure you're all set to get back up and running smoothly.

Having the same issue as well just popped up today, bought the quest 3 a few days ago.

Factory reset and the red lens still appeared during the setup process of the new headset, so its not vrchat causing the issue. bunch of red lines/stripes appearing.

I have already get in touch with Meta support team and they will send me a new one asap.
