I received v76 on April 17, 2025. I am noticing a lot of screen tearing or ghosting effects when things are moving. This mostly happens in pass through mode and I move the bottom task bar. When moved, it's like there are two of everything. When I switch to my vr space, it doesn't has the ghost effect.
Games like asgard's wrath 2 have this ghosting effect all since the update. Hoizron worlds has the effect. I think if I open a game from pass through mode, it seems worse, but if I open a game from the vr space, the games seem to run better.
I have rebooted my device multiple times and not fixed.
If I swith to vr space and back to pass through, this sometimes resolves the ghosting effect for a little while.
Anyone else having this issue?

Update: I spoke with support. You could hold the vol down and power it will show you a boot menu (hard reboot) This didn't work. And it won't format your quest 3.
What did fix it? - factory reset your device. Make sure you go into setting and force a cloud backup. I was afraid my Asgard 2 data would be affected, but it had cloud backup on. After format, my data and game saves automatically restored. It's been a week and I'm still doing good. No ghosting effect.
You can format from your horizon phone app or from your device. It formats in just a couple of minutes.

Yep, I'm having the same issue. Not only the ghosting which renders games unplayable but Eleven Table tennis won't even start! They should really give us the option to restore to previous versions of the OS

Had the same issue updating Quest3s from 74 to latest 76.xxx. version (not 76.0 but higher)
Did a Factory reset (now reads 76.0) and the ghosting is gone. I'm afraid to update to latest 76.xx now.
