Quest 3 Standard Facial Interface Broken

So recently my facial interface broke and I was wondering if I could order one and get it for free because I still have the warranty on my device. I don’t want to get a whole new quest 3, just the facial interface.

Hello -

I have a similar problem to the original post.  The facial interface that came with my Meta Quest 3 broke the first time I removed it to try swapping to the silicone facial interface.  Specifically, a small metal bracket-like piece fell out of the sliding mechanism on the right side of the facial interface, and now that side is unable to stay in any of the extended positions (which I need because I wear glasses with the headset).  

I'm hoping to have the original facial interface replaced under warranty (without replacing the entire headset, since I'm still using it with the silicone interface).  But when using the Meta support website, there are no options under the device or accessory selection steps for the facial interface.  

I'll try supporting a support ticket for a different headset component in the hopes that it will still be routed to the correct department, but if I should be doing something else please advise.

Hello and thank you for responding to my request.  I was actually able to get in touch with support directly (via WhatsApp) and they established an RMA ticket for my broken facial interface.  It's already on its way back to Meta, so we should be all good for now.
