Get my first VR headset the Quest 3. I got home unboxed and haven been stuck at meta logo. I have factory reset it, rebooted, everything. It’s fully charged but haven’t even completed setup can’t get past the download and boot up. What do I do?
Mine managed to work for about 20 minutes, I installed some apps had a poke around the settings, then ate lunch. Put the headset back on, can't get past the spinning meta logo.
Same here. Factory reset twice (power + - volume) on boot screen and then goes into the spinning and fading meta logo. Happened when the headset would not charge until swapped usbc cable. Now unusable. Unsure who to contact. Expensive device for zero support
