Hi everyone, I'm experiencing performance issues with my Meta Quest 3 when using Air Link — the stuttering and lag begin even before launching any game. As soon as I connect to my PC through Air Link and enter the PC VR environment, things already feel choppy and inconsistent.
My PC specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: GeForce RTX 5080
RAM: 64GB DDR5
Connection: Wi-Fi 6E, dedicated 5GHz band
I've tried adjusting bitrate, resolution, and refresh rate settings in the Quest, but the issue persists. This happens before even opening applications like DCS or MSFS 2024.
Any tips or solutions to improve the performance would be greatly appreciated.
