Quest 3 Walls or furniture saved as space settings are not visible on screen after PTC V64

I have a Quest 3 and this is my first PTC update. However, I am having a problem with 'Space Settings'. I never had this problem before the PTC update.
Scanning my room, adding furniture, and adding walls or windows works fine. It was also possible to name rooms, edit rooms, and modify furniture as normal.
However, the space and furniture set up this way are not displayed on my screen in the virtual environment. Previously, when I brought the controller or Quest 3 near a wall or furniture I had set up, it would appear blue, but now nothing is visible.
The problem is that the spatial data saved in the spatial settings remains. I repeatedly deleted and recreated this space, but it did not solve the problem of not being able to see it in the virtual environment.
Borders are saved normally and are visible. The option to change the color also works fine. However, only the border is visible, and no walls or furniture are still visible.
This feature was one of the most important safety nets to avoid getting hurt in the VR environment of my room. As I moved, I could see the blue output of furniture or walls and reset the distance or move in a direction that wouldn't hurt me.
I tried everything I could to solve this problem. I repeated clearing the space and rescanning dozens of times, resetting once through the phone app, and once through the device's power options, but it did not solve the problem. I still can't see any furniture or walls and this doesn't change whether I'm in a virtual or passthrough environment. The space is saved, the furniture and wall settings are also saved, but I don't know why they don't show up on my screen.

My request for help was written through a translator, so the terminology may be slightly different and I need your understanding. I hope the meaning was conveyed correctly, and I hope this problem is fixed quickly. Now that I can't see the walls and furniture, I'm scared to swing my arms or move my body while wearing VR. This is especially true because I have been bumped into and injured a lot even in environments where walls and furniture are visible.

Thank you, glad to hear that.
The support service offered to send me the headset under warranty. Do I need to do this? Or will engineers solve this programmatically and release an update?

Any further developments? Is this at least known/acknowledged and being addressed?

Hi @lordnozgot! Since this is a new development after the PTC update, I would recommend just waiting for the next patch to come out.

And for @Hirothefox, there hasn't been any news yet, but rest assured, I'll be swift to update y'all on this thread when I do have some news to share. Since the issue was confirmed to be looked into, the team is aware, and this is now a known issue for us.

I’m having the same problem. WTF?

Since this thread has been going for quite a while, I feel it’s important to say:

This issue impacts at least PTCV64, Release V64, PTCV65, and onward, and appears to impact all Quest 3 headsets with these updates; not everyone uses the feature, which is why relatively low initial reporting volume.

Welcome to the club)

I hope this issue is resolved quickly.
Unfortunately, there is no other way now.
but, There may be non-official methods, including downgrading your VR console. Like XDA. But I don't know about this method and haven't looked for it. I'm already exhausted from dealing with this problem, so I'm waiting for support. I expected the meta to give this issue a high priority and take action since it was such a major safety hazard, but my expectations were spectacularly wrong.
Quest 3's OS is Android-based, allowing you to install and use an APK, so in theory you can downgrade if you're willing to take the trouble. Meta is a company that makes the most famous VR machines, but the VR market as a whole is not a major market, so it is not known whether related information actually exists or whether there is enough knowledge or program to try it.
Anyway, I hope you don't suffer any injuries with this problem. I hit my arm against the wall and hurt myself trying to adapt, so I'm not trying anymore.

Yeah that’s the part that kinda surprises me about all this… it’s a user safety issue, the feature not working can and probably will get people hurt and property damaged. It’s not used by everyone, but the people who use it REALLY need it.

I am halving the Same issue since i updated to v64, this is extremely annoying...
