It's clear that Meta doesn't care about this issue and only blames the lack of sufficient logs to evade responsibility. As a developer, is it possible to have no idea what caused a functional button to disappear?

Hey everyone! Just talked with the internal team, and they wanted to know if the new PTC build has this issue as well. There's no update about a fix yet, but the issue is still open and being looked into.
Let me know if y'all noticed any improvements on the new PTC or not. Thank you!

Currently waiting to actually receive the PTC, it's showing no updates available despite being enrolled.
Don't suppose there's a way to trigger a manual update?

Can anyone do the favor of testing V67 on the PTC to check? For some reason my headset is permanently stuck on release V66 no matter what I do, despite multiple resets and unenrolling/reenrolling in the PTC three times. Guess that’s another issue to make a thread about…

I’d say at this point that no one is holding their breath other than to see what will get broken next. I’m officially OUT of patience will META. they will never swindle another dime out of me.
