Quest 3 Walls or furniture saved as space settings are not visible on screen after PTC V64

hello.

I have a Quest 3 and this is my first PTC update. However, I am having a problem with 'Space Settings'. I never had this problem before the PTC update.

Scanning my room, adding furniture, and adding walls or windows works fine. It was also possible to name rooms, edit rooms, and modify furniture as normal.
However, the space and furniture set up this way are not displayed on my screen in the virtual environment. Previously, when I brought the controller or Quest 3 near a wall or furniture I had set up, it would appear blue, but now nothing is visible.
The problem is that the spatial data saved in the spatial settings remains. I repeatedly deleted and recreated this space, but it did not solve the problem of not being able to see it in the virtual environment.
Borders are saved normally and are visible. The option to change the color also works fine. However, only the border is visible, and no walls or furniture are still visible.

This feature was one of the most important safety nets to avoid getting hurt in the VR environment of my room. As I moved, I could see the blue output of furniture or walls and reset the distance or move in a direction that wouldn't hurt me.

I tried everything I could to solve this problem. I repeated clearing the space and rescanning dozens of times, resetting once through the phone app, and once through the device's power options, but it did not solve the problem. I still can't see any furniture or walls and this doesn't change whether I'm in a virtual or passthrough environment. The space is saved, the furniture and wall settings are also saved, but I don't know why they don't show up on my screen.

My request for help was written through a translator, so the terminology may be slightly different and I need your understanding. I hope the meaning was conveyed correctly, and I hope this problem is fixed quickly. Now that I can't see the walls and furniture, I'm scared to swing my arms or move my body while wearing VR. This is especially true because I have been bumped into and injured a lot even in environments where walls and furniture are visible.

Hey everyone! I wanted to jump in and say thanks for your continued patience while the engineers are looking into the missing feature. I've gone ahead and poked them for an update, so hopefully I should have something to share soon. I don't really have much more information at the moment, but everything you've all provided has been passed along for review.

Thanks again!

Hey everyone! I've heard back from our internal team. It looks like this feature was in fact depreciated and is now working as intended.

The best thing I can really recommend from now on would be to submit an idea to our Ideas board. That's where our engineers go to check for features that users would want in future updates.

So you want to say that you've been messing with our heads for half a year, pretending that you don't understand what's going on and how it happened, and now you're saying that we did it on purpose and that it's supposed to be that way. Do you think we're all idiots here???
And do you realize how stupid what you're saying sounds?
Are you saying that now this feature works as it was originally intended? So this feature was designed not to work at all? BECAUSE IT HAS NOT WORKED AT ALL FOR HALF A YEAR!!!! IT DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE!!!!
ARE YOU ALL OUT OF YOUR MIND?!?!
This feature was one of the reasons why I changed my Meta Quest 2 to Meta Quest 3! This feature was a lifesaver for people with a small room! And you took it and simply deleted it without asking anything and for half a year you were putting on a comedy act that you don't understand anything!
This is a complete lack of respect for your users, complete irresponsibility and absolute disgrace!

It is obvious that they did nothing and didn’t even investigate what happened. They just wanted to find an excuse to close the issue. Could this be due to community performance requirements?

So... a safety feature was deprecated without warning or explanation? And we were strung along for months?

Was the hope that we'd just stop asking and forget about it?

So, Like exactly what i thought? This was not a mistakes... This is deliberate deception. Obviously trickeling downwards in ANY Meta Product. And its Not even lying for convenience... This is lying out of habit....

Please show support at this new thread, if you're also frustrated with this safety feature's removal

I don't really understand what you mean with "is now working as intended", the feature is straight up not present anymore, when it didn't have any problems before. Are we even talking about the same thing?

NO! Instead i will tell any person i meet who IS only slightly interested in trying out VR to stay away from meta and all of this in general...

So... was it fun?

I initially called this a 'problem' and told you and your team to accept it and send a bug report. They are now bull**bleep**. To everyone who asked for this issue to be resolved, don't you really know what you've done?

I... I'm really... ok. I really don't want to use 'bad words'. But... look at what you, your teams have done.

"Tell me your OS version~"
"Oh~ is it fixed in this version~?"
"Submit a bug report to the team and send them the data blah blah blah."
"Be 'patient' and wait~ we're working hard~ giggle giggle."

"Ah~ everyone. The 'bug' you were talking about wasn't a bug~ wow~ it was 'working properly'. Ta-da! Amazing, right? So stop bugging us with bull**bleep**. Sucker."

I sincerely hope that you guys have the same experience as me and the people who had the same problem as me. Those of you who create spectacular, cutting-edge devices will be able to respond more wisely than 'idiots who call normal things bugs.' indeed?

It won't take long for even a couple who has a fight and is desperate to kill each other to have a 'trivial conversation' like this.

"This came up as a bug report. Is this a bug?"
“Ah, that was removed with the update. It’s not a bug.”

Seriously, is this that hard? Was this a massive project that took months to complete? Seriously? Or did you just hastily solve something you'd been putting off before going on summer vacation? 'Anyway, solved.' "Oh, perfect."

**bleep**. Didn't I suck a dog's balls for months because I couldn't do this? Are you guys still living in 1900? No cell phones? No computers? Or did you just learn English from the alphabet and just now communicate and receive it?

I've formatted dozens of times because of this issue, and after 10 I gave up counting. Ha! I hope you enjoyed watching Clown's stupid show.

Haaaaa! Now you're saying 'idea to our Ideas board?' LOL. Seriously? What were you thinking? Ah... Anyway, I learned something for sure today.
