After updating V63 the boundary not working,  always ask me to restart headset and the issue is same .

I make factory reset and working fine but only one time , when I restart the quest 3 the problem is happening again.

I have the same issue as of today.  When my Quest 3 starts I'm stuck on the boundary screen.  I can try to load apps, but it returns to the same screen.  Clearing the boundary did not help.  I can get to the set up screens initially, but when I set up the boundary, it gives me the 'restart / confirm' screen and then it is restart and loop.

From the little I"ve read today, this appears to be a well known issue and Meta has not fixed it.

Do we can Maka recovery to V62 ? Quest 3

Hey there, @bandar.alarifi.1! Thanks for reaching out to us about your Quest 3's boundary. Unfortunately, it's not possible to revert back to to an earlier version after a Quest that has been updated to a new version. However, we'd still love to help you with your boundary. Are you still encountering difficulties or did the factory reset resolve them? If so, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We'd love to help you!

I hard booted and although it looked dead, no menus, no buttons working, I put it down for a few minutes and when I picked it up and restarted it, that fixed it.  All good again, thanks.

I hard booted.  Nothing seemed to work after that, no menus, none of the buttons, so I put it down.

Picked it up about two minutes later and it was back to normal, and everything is working fine.

Thanks
