Has anyone experienced this issue before? Since yesterday out of nowhere my Quest 3 has been unable to download content - the app menu has missing thumbnails, new apps won't download, DLC is missing from the apps that are installed, Horizon Feed doesn't load at all. However, the browser app works perfectly, so it seems to be an issue with Meta's servers or my account, and not a general network issue.
I tried a factory reset, which didn't fix anything, so I pulled my old Quest 1 out of the closet only to find it having the same issue. It's definitely not my WiFi - I have 1Gb fiber and a 6Ghz Unifi AP, but just to be sure, I also tethered it to my phone's Verizon hotspot, but still had the same problem.
I chatted with Meta support but they just had me do all the normal troubleshooting steps I already did, and supposedly escalated the ticket. So right now I have two unusable Quest devices. Pretty frustrating to say the least.
