Hi everyone, as per title I am trying to cast to my phone app (Iphone) some gameplay, split screen of what I see in VR and my phone camera... the problem is that the game audio is perfect but no audio from the Q3's internal microphone... not even an option to activate the iphone mic or I will be fine anyway.
If I cast to my pc there is no problem, both audio are working but on the phone only the game audio.... anyone has a solution?

Hey there, @Lodoss82! We definitely want for you to be able to hear your mic audio while casting! Since you are only seeing this issue when casting to a phone specifically and it has persisted through multiple software updates, this is likely an issue that the developers would need to diagnose and resolve on their end. We would recommend letting them know exactly what you are seeing by submitting a bug report.

Im using v. 62 and seems Im having the same problem, when I use my quest 3 cast to Oculus app on my ipad, It will mute all the live stream audio on my bilibili live app. And I cannot transfer my mic voice on my quest 3

First, we would recommend updating to the latest software, as we are up to Build 63.0. Your headset should automatically update when connected to Wi-Fi and turned on. If needed, we have the steps to manually update listed here. Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue, and we'll be happy to share the next steps!

Hey there! We just wanted to check in and see if an update resolved the issue. We found the link to our software update article didn't stick in our previous message and wanted to make sure you had it. You should be able to click here: Update your Meta Quest software.

hi, now I am in version 68 and still the same issue, when recording a video both game audio and mic audio are there, when casting to a pc/tv both audio, game and mic, are there... when casting to my phone, or my wife phone (iphone and samsung) only the game audio is there... there is no toggle for the microphone in the casting window only in recording one and there is no other option
